We eat lots of pasta in my home. Let's be honest, though, eating the same old things all the time can get boring fast, and that's the way I feel about spaghetti and meat sauce. Tastes really great once in a while, but too often and I can't stand the stuff. It's also how I feel about Kraft Dinner. Sorry!
One of my husband's favourite dishes is my creamy shrimp spaghetti. It's perfect for both a home-cooked meal and for entertaining guests. This recipe classes up traditional spaghetti with the use of shrimp or prawns (I use large Tiger Prawns), white wine, and cream with a little chili kick. Serve with a fresh chopped salad, garlic bread, or crispy rustic baguette to sop up the leftover creaminess. Yum!
